What started as a last-minute job interview, today blossomed into a long-lasting relationship. I joined Elevatus as a Content Writer around two and a half years ago, when we were just a small team of eleven. We hustled, we learned, we laughed (and cried) – but we never gave up. What distinguishes Elevatus is its team of high caliber talent who are designing recruiting solutions that are so unique – they are beyond compare and currently unrivaled in the world. Growing with Elevatus has been an incredible learning curve for me. The management team always made sure I was heard and trusted from day one – which ignited an overflowing passion inside of me. What I learned over the past few years, I couldn’t have learned anywhere else. And I owe it all to Elevatus. Today, I’m the Content & Social Media Manager who feels part of something so much bigger. I had the privilege of working with the talented Elevatus team for the last two years as a Motion Graphics Director. The company skyrocketed and I was fortunate to be on onboard and grow with it along the way. We started as a small team and many of us worked remotely (including myself), and it wasn’t easy to adjust to remote work at first. But we made it through, and the sensational transformation was worth it! Elevatus is distinguished by its versatility and unique culture. Our work environment fosters cohesion between the in-house team and remote teams effortlessly. With a lot of effort and coordination and under the guidance of our entrepreneurial leaders – we’re reaching new heights on a recurring basis!

Working at Elevatus has been a fantastic experience for me, especially since I have been working here for over four years. Today, I’m the HR Manager at Elevatus, after starting off as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The past few years have proven to me how easily approachable, knowledgeable, and talented the employees at Elevatus are. It’s nothing like the ‘corporate world’, it’s like a family. I joined Elevatus nine months ago and it has been a very enriching experience for me. I have not only learned more about my particular domain – but also about cross product design and functional learning. What I love about Elevatus is that it promotes self-engagement in almost every aspect of the employee’s job. This is why I find Elevatus to be a great place to improve and grow my product ownership skills. The executive management is always available and open to resolve issues or discuss new ideas. The team is also always open to answer any questions – even when we’re oceans away. Ultimately, Elevatus’ work environment is the best balance between hard work and flexibility, which has really helped me unleash my full potential as a designer.
